Does hurt more than benift
I was fully stacked on this tool, and really wanted to like it. However after trying it for few weeks, here is what I found out:
- You literally have to send emails one by one and you are limited to 8 per hour. Meaning if you wanna send 100 emails a day you will need to spend 12h every day using the tool.
If I would write them manually and send them one by one, i'd spend less time
- Your leads are in a different time zone? doesn't matter to Luna all emails are sent when you click the send button. FYI, the button says schedule send but it's misleading, you can't schedule anything
So you end up burning through leads, that don't open your emails.
This is not an email tool, this is only an AI writer that writes decent email copies. I gave it 2 tacos not one because the quality of the AI writing is good but I will refund it anyway.

Thanks for your review/feedback. I understand that we still need to make improvements to make using Luna more enjoyable. We put a lot of time into the copy so I'm glad to hear that you find it of good quality.
- Regarding your first point of feedback, we are currently working on a solution where Luna suggests leads to you based on your personal goals/preferences. So the one-hour timer is going away. We expect to launch this in 2 weeks :)
- Last week we worked hard on the new email scheduler feature. From now on, all emails will be sent out at your lead's working hours (in case the timezone is known to Luna). Ideal for when you send emails to leads who live in a different time zone. If the timezone of the lead isn't known, Luna uses your timezone to determine working hours (9 am - 5 pm).
