This will save you a ton of time from doing research to personalize the first line of the email. That is what this tool is extremely good at!

If you're looking for a bulk cold email blaster with limited personalization, this is not the tool for you. Luna is focused on smaller quantities but hyper-personalized outreach.

The rest of the email copy is so-so, but after some tweaks with my own messaging, the AI will learn the new email copy, and it will improve over time.

My email open rate is extremely high for cold outreach, so I'm hoping these email stats are being calculated correctly. My open rate is showing 68%.

I have not received any responses yet, but I'm testing some new messaging to hopefully change that. At the time of this review, I've only sent 79 emails... so it's still very early to tell, but with a 68% open rate, I would hope to have a response by now.

The one thing I wish it would show is how many emails failed/bounced. I put a feature request in for this, and I'm hoping they will add it soon.

There's still room for improvement, but they are actively getting feedback from users and have a public roadmap that allows you to submit ideas and upvote other ideas.
