I bought the full stack, the potential is there...
As a B2B business owner oh, I do a lot of Outreach to a lot of businesses on a daily and weekly basis and so at a glance this seemed like a no-brainer. On the back end the interface is very clean and easy to use and they also have an app that integrates very nicely with what they're doing.
I have found that the wording of the initial emails is a little off, but I've also been told that over time it will get better as I edit the emails.
There's two major glaring errors or problems that I have with this currently that I hope they will fix in the near future...
1) currently their software only writes the body of the email not the headline, and of course the headline or subject line is one of the most important parts to getting your email opened in the first place. This needs to be a priority update!
2) the way that their system is setup currently, you send out emails in batches of what seems to be 3 to 6 at a time and then you have to wait about an hour before you can do it again. This means, with a full stack of nine hundred emails that I can send in a month, the only way I will hit that is if I am constantly using their platform which is utterly unreasonable to request someone to do. I should be able to batch my tasks and do an hour of email prep with their software that will go out for the entire day or even a couple hours that would go out for the entire week. As it currently stands, this makes this potentially a refund but I'm willing to hold off and see if it gets better.
Play that on the back ends they offer a one-time up so to double or triple or even quintuple the number of emails you can send in a month oh, and if that increases the number that I can send that one time I might consider doing it.
I'm really on the fence about this particular product because I could see it being something I use very regularly and make a regular part of my weekly business generation flow if they can just fix a couple of issues but as it currently stands there's a high likelihood of this becoming the type of apps to a purchase that just collects dust after a week when they become disenfranchised and decide I don't want to keep using it eight times a day to do what I could get done in one 60-minute trunk of time.

The subject lines is something we are going to improve in the near future. Obviously, this is not what you expect from a smart tool as Luna.
Regarding the batches of 10 emails per hour (in addition to follow-ups), we had our reasons for it.. However, we have been told often that this is not the most ideal. For that reason, we did a survey last week and we received 150 responses in a day 🤩. We are currently working on the solution. Namely an X number of emails, tailored to your goals and personal preferences. Through gamification we will encourage you to reach these goals. It will be awesome. We will keep you posted! 🚀
