Nearly perfect for me
Foremost, I really like the concept of high-quality outreach VS mass emailing.
Also, its really nice that Luna tries to simplify the outreach by providing less "control"
I only need (and want) to connect my Gsuite account, and I am good to go!
All info of the lead (website, linkedin, short summary) is at hand and I can tweak the copy and personalize it within minutes.
Why only 4 Tacos / Cons
- You get leads suggested that don't have a known email. It just says "Luna did not yet find LEAD email." Why let me write that in the first place and waste time?
- The copy is translated by Google translate. In my case (german) google translate cant handle the difference between the formal and informal salutations (Du / Sie) in the German language. Also, G translate will translate phrases just wrong ("Best" will be "am besten" which is idiotic) Deepl can handle this. But the team said " ...have experimented with Deepl in the past but the quality for us wasn't much different from GT. However, we're gathering data as this moment to build a Native German model as well!" -> Ao waiting for that.
- I really miss a little notes / tasks feature inside luna. Great that I can invite my team but then I also need to give them notes about phone calls, tell them to reach out on LinkedIn etc.
- Only integrates with Pipedrive & Hubspot or Zapier. I hope that Pabbly ins launched soon

- If you upload your own list, Luna may not yet have found an email address for the first batch of people. This is only for the first 10 leads. After that then Luna always suggests leads for which an email address has also been found.
- Regarding the German copy. Understandable! Definitely something that we're going to improve.
- In the short term, there will be no additional features that allow you to work well with your team within Luna. I recommend using a CRM system and connecting it to Luna.
