We’re building a new layer of AI voice agents in Lunacal with some industry-first features.

The first agent we’re launching is for post-booking reminder calls.

It can call the attendee, remind them about the meeting, and help them reschedule or cancel if needed, in natural language.

It'll make your scheduling process feel more professional, reduce no-shows and deliver better experience to bookers.

This feature is still very early, and we’ll be improving new updates to it every week.

Some of the things we’re planning to improve next:

- the ability to add custom prompts

- adding transcripts, recordings, and summaries

- improved LLM models and lower latency

- stronger exception handling

- better handling of edge cases during calls

The feature is currently available only for users in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. We plan to expand it to all countries within a few days.

Expect more agents as we're aggressively building around this.

A major upgrade we’ve shipped recently is Workspaces. If you run multiple companies, teams, or offices, you can manage everything neatly from one account. Create teams, add members, control permissions, keep configurations separate, and view bookings centrally.

Here are a few common ways people use Lunacal:

1. Solopreneurs and coaches use Lunacal as a small revenue engine One powerful booking page gets shared everywhere, social media, emails, bios, communities, Reddit, etc. Prospects can read the story, see testimonials, watch content, and book with confidence. Coaches sell paid calls, create multi-session packages to increase revenue, and run limited-time offers, all within Lunacal. They can also share links to their digital products and promote webinars, podcasts, and social profiles on the booking page.
2. Service businesses like advisory firms, clinics, schools, realtors, and recruiting teams run end-to-end booking. Their clients can pick a service, location, and professional, pay if needed, then book. Admins can manage staff, events, availability, and see bookings in one place
3. SaaS and B2B teams use Lunacal for sales, support, account management, and hiring. Sales reps have personal booking links, or inbound leads can be assigned via round-robin or routing logic. Data gets pushed to CRM.
4. Agencies use Lunacal for internal operations, or set it up for clients to earn more. Each client can have a separate workspace and their own team members and booking flow.

Over the last 3 months, we've grown a lot in customer base.. and have shipped a lot of features 🙂

Sharing the recent ones.

1. Beautifully Booked (stunning calendar widgets for your website) ✨

We realized that almost every calendar widget out there including ours was plain, boring, and killed a website’s vibe.

So we built 'Beautifully Booked'. These are gorgeous calendar widgets you can add to your website, embedded directly into the page or used as popups. They come with beautiful designs, subtle animations, and deep customizations

Honestly, I haven’t seen anything like this in the market.

And it genuinely changes how your website looks.

2. Packages 📦: You can create multi-session packages that your clients can book together in one go.

For eg. If you're a coach, you can create a 5-session package with 10% discount. Your clients can pay and book for these in one go

3. SMS reminders 📲: You can send SMS meeting confirmtation & reminders in addition to emails

4. Coupons 🎟️: You can create custom discount codes, and even set limits on how they can be used. Your clients can apply them directly while booking. It’s great for promotions, or repeat clients.

5. Limited-use links 🔗: Think of them as an evolved version of single-use links that calendly has. You can share a link that only works for a specified no. of bookings and then expires.

For example: You can share a link with on your social and say

“Only the first 5 people can book using this free link”. Once those 5 bookings are done, the link automatically expires.

There are a bunch of smaller feature-improvements as well:

- Booking questions support 'file upload'.

- Phone country code in Booking question gets auto-filled based on visitor's location

- You can download booking data as Excel

- Scheduling page background can have animations, images, colors etc.

Last week was really busy. We were able to ship a bunch of new features we're really excited about. 😊 All available across all plans

1) 8 New Language Options

Guest-facing content - like booking pages, questions, and emails - now support 8 more languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish

It's available in Settings → General

This is still in beta, so do email us if you spot any issues

2) Support for 6 More Video Sources on scheduling page

A lot of users wanted more options beyond youtube to embed videos on scheduling page. We've now added - Google Drive, Vimeo, Loom, Dropbox, Gumlet, Wave.video, or Adilo

We're also exploring more ways of incorporating videos on scheduling page - will keep you posted.

3) Admin managed workflows

You can create workflows once and apply them across your teams or across your clients. This is particularly useful for companies with large teams or agencies with multiple clients

4) Option to change subject of confirmation page and Booking name

To do this: Go to your event → Advanced → Add to calendar → With event name

5) Option to add your own T&C in booking questions:

If you want to take additional consent during booking, you can add a custom checkbox with your link within booking questions. This is really useful if you're in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, etc.
