Q: Tier 1 how to verify and activate number of users/licenses
Hi, happy new year! I bought Lunacal as a gift to myself on the last day of 2025 and activated it on the first day of 2026.
I just want to ask where can I verify the number of users/licenses for my Tier 1 LTD deal.. on the appsumo it says I am entitled to two (2) users/licenses, I just cannot find it in the lunacal web app, it just refers to mine (1).

A: Hello, 1. Tier 3 has 2 and tier 4 has 4 CNAMEs 2. Yes you can, there are native integrations for popular CRMs, or you can use webhooks to connect to any other CRM 3. We've launched a ton of features in just the past 3 months (coupons, packages, limited-use links, payment integrations, beautifully booked, etc.) and 100% of them have been made available to Appsumo users so far. You have 4 Plans/Tiers on appsumo. You have NOT been transparent. The fact that you can't even choose between the 4 plans tells me that you are doing everything you can to avoid answering this question and you will charge appsumo users for SMTP. SMTP is such a basic feature and the fact that you won't commit to it tells me that honesty is not your strong point.
