Q: 3 Companies and Domain names
Hey Pranshu,
We have Tier 2, and here’s the scenario: I manage 3 companies, each with completely different branding. We don’t need many users — 2 users per company is enough (I’ll be the common person using 3 different email IDs, one for each company).
Currently, I’ve added the domain for Company A to my account. How can I use Lunacal for all 3 companies but restrict the other 2 companies from using the same domain name? Also, will recipients from the other companies receive emails showing Company A’s domain?
Most probably, we will be embedding the calendar to each company's website. How will the widgets works, can all 3 companies can have their own pages with their own widgets and details e.g About, FAQ, etc?
Could you please explain the structure we should follow? A detailed answer would be greatly appreciated.

Sep 5, 2025A: Hey,
- Your current account is on company A. You can continue managing company A via this
- For other companies, please go to 'Teams' section and create 2 Teams, one each for company B and C. You can add multiple members to each team while creating teams or later
- These members (or can also be you from another ID) will get an email invite -> when they login from their ID -> Go to teams section and accept the invite, they'll now have their own license
- These members are like independent licenses who can have their own branding, scheduling pages with their own content, etc.
- Domains: Within the teams section, you will see a gear icon towards the right side. This is settings icon for that team. When you click on it -> Go to 'Team settings' -> 'Set up a custom team domain' -> You can select if you want to give custom domain to this team or not. If not, they'll be on standard lunacal domain.
- You can anytime remove them and replace them with someone else
- Regarding embedding - currently, you can only embed the calendar, not the widgets. We are planning to build a feature to embed widgets though
Let me know if you need any further help :)

Hey Pranshu,
Thank you for the detailed answer. As you mentioned, the custom team domain, do we need to buy a CNAME from you, or do you mean we will be using our actual company website domain? e.g, companyB.com, CompanyC.com?
What about emails client will receive from all 3 companies? What will be the difference? (at the moment I'm using CNAME for my first company in Lunacal)
