Q: Account Not Working

I bought AppSumo Tier 2 on Friday and have started setting up my account profile but have hit a snag. It should be an easy fix but needs you!
The new account has been set up with email address: xxxx@xxxx.com but the account continues to shows “free” and requires an upgrade to set it up. I wrote on Friday to your support / contact email address and here on Sunday I still haven't heard from anyone. its the same status. I respect your weekend but during a AppSumo Campaign, I'd think you'd be watching for things like this.
Can you fix this for me, please? Thanks!
