1) Everything that's customer facing can be whitelabeled. Emails, scheduling page url, Removal of lunacal branding from everywhere. The backend from where configurations are done would be on app.lunacal.ai
2) We do not have an unlimited plan. However, while we're on appsumo, you can purchase additional users @$10/user within Lunacal, with an upper limit of max. 100 users
Basically, what I’d like to know is whether you offer an agency or reseller option for Lunacal.
If so, does this include white labeling?
By white labeling, I mean that our business customers would not see anything related to Lunacal on their dashboard.
Also, as the account admin, can we set up user-based limitations or permissions?
Hey, Got it. Your business customers will see lunacal on their dashboard because the backend's URL is app.lunacal.ai. So, you can add/remove multiple clients, get admins & members from their teams to manage their account, keep them separated so they can't see each other, but they will know that they're using Lunacal dashboard.
