Q: Can a tag be added to an appointment?

I already use TidyCal, but one of its limitations is that i cannot distinguish between types of bookings in for example Zapier, which means that I cannot add specific tags to trigger specific automations in Active Campaign. Is that possible with Lunacal?

A: Hey, Thanks for reaching out
So, using zapier you can send booking details to any system upon booked, rescheduled or cancellation triggers. There is no tag that can be applied, since the information gets pushed the moment a booking is done or cancelled.
We also have webhooks which operate at event level. So, for a particular event, the moment any event (booking, rescheduling, cancellation happens, all the data can be pushed to your system.

I assume you can create multiple types of bookings, and if so, can those be distinguished in for example Zapier? Or is a booking any booking for that information?

Yes, they can be distinguished. eg. If I have 2 events - 'sales demo' and 'career with lunacal', then the booking data that gets pushed to zapier will have event names, so you'll know whether the booking was a sales booking or a career booking
