Q: Can you honestly promise us...

Hello Pranshu,
One of the problems buying lifetime deals is that if the company fails, we lose the money, but... if the company success, in most of the cases, we lose the money too :-(
So, our question is... Can you publicly promise us, that in case Lunacal is successful in the future, and you decide to sell the business, you will honor us as lifetime users / initial adopters, including in the sales contract to allow us to continue using the service that we paid for a lifetime? Lunacal seems to be a great software, and so far, it has an excellent review, but all that means NOTHING if we lose the privilege to continuing using the software in case of a sale. We think this is an essential question that most of the potential buyers would like you to respond. Thank you

A: Fair question - So, we've been very cautious to not promise things that will become unsustainable in the long run.This is important to keep us in business + ensure that as we grow, this user cohort doesn't impact profitability.

Currently -
1) There is no such features that posts a risk on us losing money (no unlimited AI generation, no unlimited SMS credits, etc.)
2) Our category of software doesn't lead to huge server costs
3) Product is so seamless that we have minimal support requests compared to the user base

So, unless we get irrationally greedy, we have no reason to ever backtrack on AppSumo customers :) In fact, we're rapidly shipping features based on appsumo users' feedback to make sure they find value and stick with us.
We do request you though that if you're happy with the product, spread the word :)
