SyeQ: Clarification on SMTP Question and your answer?

In my last email, I noted you promised Sumo users SMTP features by Oct/Nov 2025, but they’re still pending—now pushed to Jan 2026.
1. My question was simple: Will all Sumo users receive this feature when it launches? Your response avoided this, stating you “haven’t decided which tiers” will get it—without specifying any. Straight answers build trust and integrity in this community.
2. Can I currently connect my own SMTP provider? This would let me bypass waiting for your release, as most SaaS providers offer similar flexibility. Many SaaS platforms have this ability.
Can you please give me straight answers? I have been debating between buying your product or Trafft (great features), which comes back to appsumo every few months or so. For me to buy your product, I need to have clear answers. Thank you for understanding.

Dec 31, 2025A: Hi, We've been extremely transparent about all feature launches. We've launched a ton of features in just the past 3 months (coupons, packages, limited-use links, payment integrations, beautifully booked, etc.) and 100% of them have been made available to Appsumo users so far. Not a single one was gated. But I can't commit to specific-tiers before deciding on it. If it's a dealbreaker, please skip Lunacal for now and consider us in future once the details are finalised.
You have 4 Plans/Tiers on appsumo. You have NOT been transparent. The fact that you can't even choose between the 4 plans tells me that you are doing everything you can to avoid answering this question and you will charge appsumo users for SMTP. SMTP is such a basic feature and the fact that you won't commit to it tells me that honesty is not your strong point.
