Q: Do you have a no-reply@lunacal.com email as an option for email confirmations?

That is an option that I use with Calendly but one thing they don't have with a no-reply email is the option to "add to Google Cal", "add to Outlook Cal" in the no-reply email. They only allow add to .ics which nobody uses. I've argued with them for years so this is lunacal's moment. So what i'm asking is to be able to use a no-reply email in an email confirmation going to prospect or client with buttons or links in the email showing "add to Google Cal", "add to Outlook" as the entire tech industry uses but Calendly. thank you for your consideration

A: Hey,
1) Having a no-reply email in confirmation is not supported right now. But it's an important feature and we do plan to launch it some time in August
2) The second part which is 'option to add directly to google/outlook calendar instead of of ics file': I actually didn't know this - just did a booking on calendly to see the gap that they have :) Can you please give me a little context of the use-case for this. Happy to explore.

Hi Prashant, what email address is currently used for outgoing email notifications? I'm interested in the email address being one that I set account-wide for all users on my team that sends any replies clients make to the email to our shared inbox.

* Pranshu :)
Currently, we only allow emails to go out from Lunacal ID, and the replies are received on the mail whose calendar is being booked. One way around can be to setup email forwarding on individual emails of your team for emails which have lunacal. I've never really tried this, but it might work

Thank you for the correction, Pranshu!

Hi Pranshu, When I set up my different modules in Lunacal, I want the confirmation email being sent from Lunacal to be a no-reply@lunacal.com address -AND- in the body of the text there will be "add to Google Calendar", "add to Outlook Calendar," etc.. Calendly only has "Add to___" "add to__" on calendar invitations which I do not want the public to see my Gsuite email which I don't use.

Hey,
1) for confirmation email to be a no-reply ID - we'll definitely do this, most likely it should be live before the end of Aug
2) The 'add to..' thing - I'll explore this. We're anyway planning to have more customisation options in calendar invite and this could be a good add-on.

Hi Prashant, Thank you for the update on video hosting. Regarding your comment below "The 'add to..' thing - I'll explore this,'" all of the calendar apps have "add to Google Calendar", "add to Outlook" on their confirmation emails when you sign up for a meeting or a webinar, etc. It needs to be there to help prevent no shows - I personally do NOT like to copy/paste a meeting into my Goog Cal
