Q: Hide the email when making an appointment and sending confirmation
I took the Tiers 2 to support, even if in the meantime I don't actually need it for later.
May your site improve.
However, despite various random bugs, which I think will subsequently be corrected, a problem in terms of security to avoid malicious people is present, let me explain:
When a person reserves access to the email of the owner/professional is visible.
Because it is enough that a person reserves (anyone) they will have access to the email address directly.
Unless I'm mistaken, I haven't found a solution to make it invisible when the reservation is made.
The confirmation email should be sent by an automatic system not showing the email address of the professional and the entire management should subsequently be managed via the Lunacal site =).
Maybe I didn't understand a certain point.
Waiting for a return.
Sincerely
Hi — good catch on privacy! Pranshu Kacholia from Lunacal answered another user on March 23, 2026 and said: you need to create a new workspace and add the client’s email as a team member. Then sign up to Lunacal using the client’s email and create the booking page there. The organizer email will be their email; since they’re a team member they’ll be upgraded and will consume one of your licenses (all plans come with multiple licenses). Please let me know if you need further help. You can find that answer here: https://appsumo.com/products/lunacal/questions/hide-email-from-booking-confirmation-pag-1490460/
This doesn't answer my question.
I would like to know how to make the professional's email address invisible?
I do not want the email address to be visible to the customer when making an appointment.
In terms of protection it's really bad.
