Q: Team members vs users

Can I have multiple employees for the customer to choose from without them being a user (taking a slot)?

EX: I have one Brand slot that has 4 employees, does that mean 4 of my 7 slots in Tier 2 would be used?

A: Sorry, I didn't get the example clearly, but here's how it works:
- You can create teams. Each team can represent an individual brand
- If there is just 1 calendar, then only 1 slot would be used. 4 employees can use the same credentials to access it
- If the calendars of all 4 people need to be booked (eg. a support team where calls need to be booked sequentially with 4 independent reps), then 4 slots would be used
- 1 slot (same as 1 user) corresponds to 1 person who is getting bookings. This person can integrate 1 or more of their calendars

What if that 1 person has 2 calendars to separate their services, like 1 user but 1 calendar for notary appts, and 1 calendar for insurance appts

That will be 1 user. A single user can integrate multiple calendars (eg. 2 google calendars + 1 outlook + 1 apple) and have different events for different services) This video has exactly what you're looking for :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnHRePXVTlM&ab_channel=Lunacal
