AJ_RollsyQ: Use case: coworking with various permissions
Hi,
Would your platform be able to accommodate a customer navigating to a website and be able to choose from available inventory for a particular date?
I have a coworking space with 35 desks. I’d like to show a floor plan and allow customers to book their preferred desk.
In my case, I have three tiers of customer. I would like the top tier to have a 7 days forward booking ability to view and select their desk, the middle tier have 3 days, and the lower tier have 2 days. Anyone else just has the next 24hr.
But, all of them should be able to *view* what’s booked and what’s available.
Can I do this with your platform?

Aug 27, 2025A: Hey, I do know of 2 co-working platforms who use lunacal. Here's what's possible in your use-case:
- You can create 3 overall scheduling pages for the three tiers of customers. You need to share the right page with the right set of customers.
- Each page will have 1) A static image of the floor plan, 2) Links to the bookable desks, 3) customer-specific rule (eg. scheduling page 1 will only allow 7 day forward booking ability)
- Users will be able to see what's available and bookable in their scheduling page (eg. the user who got scheduling page 3 will be able to see what's available for them)
- Users can click on a desk and book it
