I see your information says "Custom domain(s)/CNAME" but even though "Custom domain(s)" refers to multiple CNAMES, when I logged in, I only saw the ability to create one? I saw no option to add more. And I don't see any information that indicates how to get more?
I also don't see a way to customize the "FROM" information on the emails. I only see that the emails can come from Lunical. Are we not able to have the emails come from OUR domain? I was surprised to only see this information after making the purchase.
Can you explain more about this and if it's available to use our own email, etc.?? I'd appreciate clarity on this and the CNAMES.

Jan 5, 2026A: Hi Gary, just answered your another question on the other thread.. sorry for the late reply. Let me know if there's any other clarification that you need. In the 'Deal Terms' section, we have this info available. Sharing it here as well:
- Domains: Tier 2 includes 1, Tier 3 includes 2 CNAMEs, and Tier 4 includes 4.
- You can use up to 4 CNAMEs in Tier 2, 15 in Tier 3, and 25 in Tier 4.
- Optional Add-on: Purchase additional custom domains (CNAME) for $39/domain (lifetime).
- Once added, the domain slot is used and you cannot keep reusing it.
You know, I was considering going to your tier 4 based on what you said, and that you'll be adding the SMTP within the month, but when you said "Once added, the domain slot is used and you cannot keep reusing it." I guess you haven't implemented an automatic way to handle the setup and creation of the CNAMES. That's sad. Not being able to swap out a CNAME in the future is disappointing.
Yes, it's not completely automatic yet. Requires manual steps from our side. I can understand the CNAME slot thing.

Can tier 1 purchase a custom domain as an add-on? I don't need every extra feature included in tier 2, but a custom domain might be interesting.
Hey, the restriction that domain slots cannot be reused has been removed. You can reuse those for different clients :)
