This app looks like something that poorly vibe coded. Th UX is not good at when it comes to multiple companies and adding domains. This is a prime example of a MVP just wish it was a bit more ready for production.

Happily upgraded.

First of all, I want to say that the support is amazingly responsive. I've had a couple of questions early as I was figuring everything out and they helped me quickly and willingly. That's worth 5 tacos alone. The software overall is stable and doesn't seem "buggy." The functionality of the program has just about everything I need. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is I REALLY need the ability to make a max number of booking on a particular day. It's gives this function for the week, but each of my days in the week are different and I want the flexibility to limit the number of booking by a select day of the week. I reached out to support and they said they would add it to the list as a possibility in the future. I really hope they do because this may be a limiting factor in me being able to continue to use it.

This is a beautiful product, and I genuinely dislike giving it 4 tacos. The UI is well-designed and polished. That said, as an engineer, I have several concerns that significantly limit its usefulness.

1.) There is no API. An API would unlock far more use cases, especially for teams that aren’t using one of the built-in conferencing integrations.

2.) There is no SMTP support, which restricts customization.

3.) Based on the roadmap and recent updates, product priorities appear to be focused on non-critical features. The emphasis should be on core functionality that expands the real usability of the platform. There’s also a risk of drifting into adjacent territory (e.g., digital business cards) rather than strengthening the scheduling core.

What the product needs most is deeper functionality, and the fastest way to achieve that would be to develop and release an API. Competing tools like Tidycal offer more functionality, even if they lack the same level of visual appeal.

I’ll continue to watch for the release of genuinely critical features, but without progress in these areas, I may need to request a refund.

I just bought it and already implemented for 2 companies that I work with and they love the look of it and it connects to anything and everything. I added custom domains and the support was quick and super helpful. Thanks so much!
