We've been trying this out for about 2 months. It works flawllessly. Great UI, very clean, and the support... I've emailed a couple times and the responses were detailed, gave me options, and extremely fast.

We were honestly incredibly hesitant to leave our previous provider. Making a move like that is always a risk, but switching to Lunacal has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. They have completely blown our old provider out of the water.

The platform itself is great, but what truly sets them apart is their customer service. They are remarkably responsive and genuinely helpful. Almost every single question we have thrown their way has been answered in less than two hours. It is rare to find a team this dedicated to supporting their users.

If you are on the fence about making the switch or worried about migration, don't be. Lunacal is the real deal. Highly recommended!

I have tested many Calendar apps, services and branding links, but never before have a found one that nearly replaces them all. The only thing I am missing is an apple wallet QR integration and this is perfect. Good work and keep innovating.

I was really hoping to like this calendar app. The designs are beautiful, and that’s what drew me in. It looked like it could create a more polished, professional booking experience than what I was already using.

Unfortunately, the setup process was frustrating and not user-friendly. I spent about 30 minutes trying to create a meeting, connect Zoom, and figure out how clients could choose between a Zoom meeting or a phone call. I had already connected the Zoom integration, but I still could not find a clear way to add it to a meeting or have a Zoom link generated automatically.

The customization options may be nice once you find them, but getting there is not intuitive. I also could not easily figure out how to connect my own URL or confirm whether Zoom links are supposed to be created automatically. Maybe I misunderstood what the app offers, but the experience made it very difficult to tell.

I was interested in trying this because it looked more visually appealing than Calendly, but the extra frustration is not worth it. Calendly was easy for me to set up, worked quickly, and did what I needed without wasting my time. My clients do not have a problem with Calendly, so there is no reason for me to switch to something that makes the process harder.

The app is attractive, but usability matters more. For me, this was wasted time, and I may try to get a refund if I still can. I’m giving it two stars because the design is nice, but the setup experience was too complicated and frustrating to recommend.

Genuinely find this software, simply outstanding, the overall experience is simple and small, which is crucial for me. Everything once you look at the dashboard is simple clear and you can clearly do anything you want to do even rooting forms as long as pre-book questions. I’m glad I catch it it before was gone! Great job!
