Updated Review - So far I am very impressed
I wrote a review earlier related to removal of branding and other matters related to the product. I have since learnt from the support team that the things that I want to do can be done and I have updated my reviews and tacos accordingly, like I said, I would.
The product seems excellent although I have only used it about for about two days. I genuinely hope that they keep improving the product and don't just stop at its current state because there are lots of room for improvement. I'm also happy that support has been relatively quick to respond because that is important to me especially in the early days when you are trying to get familiar with the product.
I am now seriously considering upgrading my plan from Tier 2 to 3 or 4. However, although I have given it five tacos which I feel it deserves, I would add one small critique, I feel some elements need to be made more user-friendly. The main reason for my original slightly negative review was because I was really struggling to find features and to set things up the way I want to set them set up. I'm not new to Calendar apps. I have other calendar app licenses and have used some of the popular ones that we all know about.
So, as a bit of a constructive feedback to the team, I hope they'll take in the nicest possible way, it might be a good idea to make some videos on how to do things step-by-step. I wouldn't worry about making them polished and perfect videos at the moment (because I realise that could be time-consuming). Just get the information out there on your knowledge base so that customers know what to do and how to set things up. At the moment I don't have a great opinion on your knowledge base, but the product itself looks great and seems to have great potential. Please share the public roadmap because I haven't seen it. I apologise if it's somewhere on this page, but I haven't been able to find it yet. Maybe it's just me. Thank you anyway.

Jul 29, 2025Hi, please go to app.lunacal.ai -> Settings -> General -> Remove 'Built with Lunacal.ai' from scheduling page. This will remove it, as we're promised. Hope this helps :)
