I finally was able to get this scheduler. After I registered I was surprised to see the "About company," FAQ, and "About us" sections completed for me. It was accurate!! I had to ask myself did I ask questions for these section to be completed. And I didn't! A great experience out the gate. As I worked on me page it was easy to navigate. I love the workflows ( emails) for events once scheduled. I purchased Tier 2 and that allowed me to create additional calendars. That build has been easy as well. The ability to have teams and groups session is a plus that I look forward to using. The ease of adding links and icons was easy. But I don't like that the icons are standard based on the website and does not tell the user why they would click on the icons. I asked the Lunacal team about personalization of the icons and was told that is coming soon. The helpdesk is responsive when I had questions.
