I have to give credit to the team here—LunaCal is a beautiful piece of software. The UI is fantastic and the overall idea behind the booking experience is solid.

That said, I ultimately had to request a refund. While it’s a powerful tool, it feels much more geared toward consultants, coaches, and meeting-heavy professionals. As someone running a brick-and-mortar service business, this just wasn't the right fit for my operational needs.

It would be awesome if the team eventually introduced a version or a feature set specifically tailored for physical service businesses rather than just digital meetings and consulting calls.

Good luck to the team—I think you have a great product on your hands, it’s just not for me at this stage!
