LUZ Spreadsheets and Presentation Templates Questions

The product is not refundable so who is playing who ? 😡

It only has purchase options.

Some comments:
1. The redemption process was not what I expected. It seems to be a generic Google doc with an AppSumo code. Anyhow, I got a license key which doesn't seem to be required for anything.
2. I also didn't get access to the member area. So exactly how my Lifetime access will be tracked is unsure.
3. You can download the spreadsheets, and then use the email you registered the product with to open them. But this doesn't work, unfortunately.
4. It seems like you have to download the spreadsheets individually from the members area, which I don't have a password for. It all seems like an incomplete process to me.

Hopefully, someone from LUZ or AppSumo can comment on this whole process. It seems

It seems to me that your portal and registration process is not yet complete, is it?

1. After redeeming the Appsumo key, I receive a registration key. Unfortunately, it is not clear how this is used. Anyway I couldn't find any place how I use it. Acces to my Account was not possible (see 2)

2. Login does not work
After registering, I tried to log in with my email address. That didn't work, gives the message "Sorry. But it looks like you don't have a purchase for current campaigns."

3. Access restrictions unclear? The members area has no access restrictions, at least not any obvious ones for me... You can currently download all templates without restrictions, it seems to me

4. Are the filters categories / types works correctly ?

the templates appear to have business value, but boarding is a bit difficult and unfinished. The help portal also seems to be under construction.

I want help my clients with sheets. Can I use this deal with clients? How that would work?
