Some comments: 1. The redemption process was not what I expected. It seems to be a generic Google doc with an AppSumo code. Anyhow, I got a license key which doesn't seem to be required for anything. 2. I also didn't get access to the member area. So exactly how my Lifetime access will be tracked is unsure. 3. You can download the spreadsheets, and then use the email you registered the product with to open them. But this doesn't work, unfortunately. 4. It seems like you have to download the spreadsheets individually from the members area, which I don't have a password for. It all seems like an incomplete process to me.
Hopefully, someone from LUZ or AppSumo can comment on this whole process. It seems

2. Login does not work After registering, I tried to log in with my email address. That didn't work, gives the message "Sorry. But it looks like you don't have a purchase for current campaigns." https://www.luztemplates.com/login Its the same email I got welcome email adress after registration
3. Access restrictions unclear? The members area has no access restrictions, at least not any obvious ones for me... You can currently download all templates without restrictions, it seems to me
4. Are the filters categories / types works correctly ?
the templates appear to have business value, but boarding is a bit difficult and unfinished. The help portal also seems to be under construction.
Delete any old sheets and download a new sheet, use the activation key instead of your email when you want to activate a sheet. That's the reply I got from their support. Mine works now.
