Q: I sent a support request to LUZ via their Whatsapp support link and hopefully, someone will assist soon.
Some comments:
1. The redemption process was not what I expected. It seems to be a generic Google doc with an AppSumo code. Anyhow, I got a license key which doesn't seem to be required for anything.
2. I also didn't get access to the member area. So exactly how my Lifetime access will be tracked is unsure.
3. You can download the spreadsheets, and then use the email you registered the product with to open them. But this doesn't work, unfortunately.
4. It seems like you have to download the spreadsheets individually from the members area, which I don't have a password for. It all seems like an incomplete process to me.
Hopefully, someone from LUZ or AppSumo can comment on this whole process. It seems
