I had some glitches yesterday with accessing the spreadsheets.
Support was quick to assist.
Note!!! It turns out that when you want to activate a spreadsheet you have downloaded from LUZ, you should use the activation key you received and not your email. And then it works perfectly!! The message says to use your email, but use your activation key instead.

The sheets are well worth the money spent. You can change the everything inside including the formulas etc... These sheets are definitely going to save me time and effort.

At this price, its definitely worth it.
