What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
Over the past seven years, I’ve scaled 8 SaaS products across various verticals, contributing to over $300M in ARR by combining deep performance analytics with narrative-driven marketing. My background spans funnel optimization, SEM strategy, and product-led growth — experiences that directly shaped Centilio.
Key Wins:
Zoho Social Turnaround: Transformed a struggling acquisition funnel by rebuilding it around intent-based keywords, persona-aligned landing pages, and time-sensitive bidding. Free-to-paid conversion jumped from 0.7% to 2.3%, scaling a $10K/month product into a $1M+ in ARR business line.
BI-Driven Growth Systems: I developed a full-funnel BI pipeline connecting CRM, usage, and ad data. This eliminated decision lag across 20+ product teams, leading to better campaign targeting and a 50% reduction in inefficient spend.
Agency Success: At Ion8, I led a 10-person SEM team and cut CPA by 14% compared to peers, securing three large retainers through a data-led bidding strategy and creative refresh cycles.
A Defining Failure:
In one early-stage HR SaaS campaign, I missed the mark on local pricing sensitivity and lost two weeks of spend. But that misstep led to a deep dive into funnel friction, uncovering that lack of currency localization caused drop-offs. After implementing region-specific pages, CPA dropped by 38%. This moment solidified my core approach: every growth strategy must be rooted in real customer context, not just data averages.
Founding Centilio:
These experiences led me to build Centilio — a modular marketing automation suite. We started with Centilio Sign, solving a key friction point: document execution. From SEO bots to CRM-integrated trackers, we’re designing each tool to automate what slows modern marketers down. Centilio is the product I always wished I had in my past roles — simple, powerful, and rooted in marketing ops reality.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
The idea for Centilio Sign came from our own challenges in executing service contracts and approvals quickly. As a company working across multiple time zones and industries, we needed a seamless, secure way to manage signatures without friction. That led us to build our own tool — one that didn’t just mimic competitors, but deeply integrated into existing workflows. The vision grew from there: build a modular marketing automation stack, with e-signatures as the foundation.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Centilio Sign solves the problem of slow, error-prone, and expensive document signing processes. Traditional paperwork delays business, especially in remote teams. Many e-signature tools are either too costly or not flexible enough for smaller businesses. Centilio Sign provides a legally compliant, secure, and user-friendly solution at a fraction of the cost — with built-in features like reusable templates, CRM integrations, real-time tracking, and API support. It turns what used to take days into a task completed in minutes, with full control and transparency
What’s the #1 thing you’re looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign?
We’re looking to gain early user feedback, viral exposure, and insights on real-world use cases apart from revenue. AppSumo’s community is ideal for rapidly validating our roadmap and improving product-market fit. We also want to build long-term brand advocates who help us improve Centilio Sign and position us for our broader marketing automation suite launch.
What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
Our primary goal is to use the momentum from AppSumo to scale responsibly. The revenue will be reinvested into development — particularly improving our API, team collaboration tools, and CRM integrations. We'll also double down on onboarding and support to turn AppSumo users into long-term champions who help shape the future of our platform. Every bit of feedback will guide product priorities, helping us build a frictionless signing and automation experience.
Any details to clarify about the deal?
All plans will include unlimited documents, core integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, CRM apps), audit logs, and legally binding e-signatures. Our AI-powered template builder and branding tools will be available on higher-tier codes. Currently, we do not support RTL (right-to-left) languages or region-specific compliance standards outside the U.S., EU, and India. We are actively working toward expanding localization and compliance coverage.
Anything else you'd like to add?
Centilio Sign is more than just another signature tool — it’s the entry point into a fully integrated marketing and operations platform we’re building. We're bootstrapped, agile, and deeply committed to long-term support. We see the AppSumo community not as one-time buyers, but as strategic co-builders helping us evolve with real-world feedback.
