What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
Our team brings deep experience from both high-growth startups and large tech companies. Some of us have worked on cutting-edge AI research at Microsoft, building the foundation for real-world machine learning applications, some were part of the early team at TikTok, helping scale the product from zero to hundreds of millions of users.
Along the way, we’ve launched global products, failed fast on a few experiments, and most importantly—lived through the real-world challenges of social marketing. We’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is to extract meaningful insights from noisy platforms, and how much untapped value lies in long-tail user feedback.
Those experiences led us to build Currents Murmur—a social intelligence engine powered by the kind of AI, data, and product thinking we’ve developed over years in the field. We’re not just solving a problem we’ve studied—we’re solving a problem we’ve felt.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
The idea for Currents Murmur came from our own frustration as product builders. In our past roles, we often struggled to understand what real users were saying about our products. While surface-level feedback is easy to collect, the most valuable insights—the long-tail comments that reveal unmet needs or unexpected reactions—are often buried deep in the noise of social media. We saw this as a major blind spot in product decision-making.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Product teams struggle to hear the real voice of their users. Traditional feedback channels miss the long-tail insights—subtle complaints, unmet needs, and emerging trends—that are hidden in the noise of social media.
Currents Murmur solves this by acting as a social intelligence engine that cuts through the noise and surfaces meaningful, often-overlooked user feedback from social media platforms like Reddit, Twitter. We use advanced VLM and signal detection to identify what real users are saying about your product, your competitors, and your category—before it becomes obvious.
This enables product, marketing, and research teams to make faster, more confident decisions based on authentic, ground-level insights.
