Over the last 3 months, we've grown a lot in customer base.. and have shipped a lot of features 🙂

Sharing the recent ones.

1. Beautifully Booked (stunning calendar widgets for your website) ✨

We realized that almost every calendar widget out there including ours was plain, boring, and killed a website’s vibe.

So we built 'Beautifully Booked'. These are gorgeous calendar widgets you can add to your website, embedded directly into the page or used as popups. They come with beautiful designs, subtle animations, and deep customizations

Honestly, I haven’t seen anything like this in the market.

And it genuinely changes how your website looks.

2. Packages 📦: You can create multi-session packages that your clients can book together in one go.

For eg. If you're a coach, you can create a 5-session package with 10% discount. Your clients can pay and book for these in one go

3. SMS reminders 📲: You can send SMS meeting confirmtation & reminders in addition to emails

4. Coupons 🎟️: You can create custom discount codes, and even set limits on how they can be used. Your clients can apply them directly while booking. It’s great for promotions, or repeat clients.

5. Limited-use links 🔗: Think of them as an evolved version of single-use links that calendly has. You can share a link that only works for a specified no. of bookings and then expires.

For example: You can share a link with on your social and say

“Only the first 5 people can book using this free link”. Once those 5 bookings are done, the link automatically expires.

There are a bunch of smaller feature-improvements as well:

- Booking questions support 'file upload'.

- Phone country code in Booking question gets auto-filled based on visitor's location

- You can download booking data as Excel

- Scheduling page background can have animations, images, colors etc.

Last week was really busy. We were able to ship a bunch of new features we're really excited about. 😊 All available across all plans

1) 8 New Language Options

Guest-facing content - like booking pages, questions, and emails - now support 8 more languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish

It's available in Settings → General

This is still in beta, so do email us if you spot any issues

2) Support for 6 More Video Sources on scheduling page

A lot of users wanted more options beyond youtube to embed videos on scheduling page. We've now added - Google Drive, Vimeo, Loom, Dropbox, Gumlet, Wave.video, or Adilo

We're also exploring more ways of incorporating videos on scheduling page - will keep you posted.

3) Admin managed workflows

You can create workflows once and apply them across your teams or across your clients. This is particularly useful for companies with large teams or agencies with multiple clients

4) Option to change subject of confirmation page and Booking name

To do this: Go to your event → Advanced → Add to calendar → With event name

5) Option to add your own T&C in booking questions:

If you want to take additional consent during booking, you can add a custom checkbox with your link within booking questions. This is really useful if you're in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, etc.

We're increasing custom domains (CNAME) for higher tiers 🙂

• Tier 3 now includes 2 CNAMEs, and Tier 4 includes 4 (applies to old users too)
• You can add more anytime for a one-time fee of $39/domain (lifetime) within Lunacal. Regular price is $15/month
• You can use up to 4 CNAMEs in Tier 2, 15 in Tier 3, and 25 in Tier 4

Hey Sumo-lings! We've shipped a bunch of new features for our Appsumo users 🎉

1. Calendar settings (finally!)

 It was a much-requested update - especially from our European users:

• Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour clock
• Set your week to start on Monday instead of Sunday

You'll find both in Settings -> General

2. More control over your scheduling page

• You can now rename widget labels ('Gallery', ‘Testimonials’, 'Files', etc. can be renamed to anything)
• Booking questions and confirmation pages now match your brand colors, across all themes
• The widget images in 'Bold' theme are now editable

3. Wordpress plugin is live

Makes it even easier to add lunacal to wordpress

Note: Lunacal can be embedded into any website (built using webflow, framer, custom-built, etc.)

We're currently working on our top 2 feature requests - SMS/Whatsapp reminders & language localization, plus a bunch of smaller requests you’ve sent in. Goal is to ship them in July.

You can now link Lunacal with the tools you already use. Every time someone books, cancels, or reschedules a meeting, we’ll instantly send the update to your system – so you can send a Slack alert, trigger an email, or whatever else you’d like to happen behind the scenes.

You can find it in the ‘Advanced’ section of every event.

Available from Tier 2 onwards.
