What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?

Daniel Hindi, the CEO, has been programming all his life.. And has built and sold 5 companies, when he realized that there are just too many problems in the life of a CEO:

Vendor and subscription fatigue

Consistency - if I don’t remind my employees to do it, they don’t do it. I want to set it and forget it.

Consistency of quality: between new hires, seasons and employees

Consistency of quantity: a daily/weekly task is actually happening daily/weekly without me having to remind you.

Too much of our time is spent on busy/robotic work and not in deep thinking of understanding of why we’re doing what we’re doing (deep thought). I want the robots to do the repetitive / busy work and humans do the thinking
