Yes, you can create an instance, and then we can add the details so you can spin up and replicate that instance, with your own branding etc... However, the pricing on this deal, does not include this, as it requires work our end, and we would be supporting potentially an unknown number of apps and users with zero revenue.
I am not clear what the difference is between Agency Plan and Sub-Account. You can certainly create user roles, so different roles have different access and restrictions. The detail of which would require a longer conversation and for me to understand much more detail.

I think what he means by sub-accounts for agency = 1 sub-account = 1 separate workspace
This can be used for clients, where 1 client = 1 business and he will build the different workflows for the client in the client’s workspace
Then OP will be the main admin, overseeing multiple sub-accounts and adding users + user rights to the different sub-accounts.
It’s something I’m interested to know as well :)
As for Sub-Accounts, yes you would be able to do that.
You would just need to be very organised to make sure the wrong email doesn't go out for the wrong client, or you get branding or automations mixed up.
