After several months of working to secure some funding for Macanta, we have unfortunately had to make the very difficult decision to close Macanta down.

We are working on a solution to give you as much time as possible to export your data and migrate to a replacement solution, but right now I can not say how long that will be. At a maximum it will be 60 days from today. (ending 12 August 2022)

Unfortunately there is no cut-down way to keep Macanta running, which means that just keeping the lights on for the next 60 days will amount to thousands of dollars in cost on our end, to keep the infrastructure running.

As a long-time infusionsoft power user I’ve been aware of this software for some time. If you want to revolutionise then way you approach your CRM and create dynamic flows of the information you need for your business, DO NOT MISS THIS DEAL!!! I’ve purchased many things in appsumo, and this is one that I suspect will take me far and end up one of those decisions that had a huge impact on my business. Very excited to put this to work. Get it, take it for a test run...you can thank me later over a giant plate of tacos.

I am new to this kind of software. It is very unique and I don't feel boxed in like other relationship platforms. I love the direction this is going. When have you ever seen this much flexibility in a CRM? It is like totally customizable and they even have apps for field use (android/ios). The ecosystems is a whole new type of platform which can be configured for your way of doing things. And how they evolve that is something I am excited to be part of. Relationship of data can get complex. But with Macanta things are manageable and more strategic once properly configured.

I especially would be quick to tell you it is Enterprise grade tech, like the other reviewer mentioned. We had been considering other options but they had the Enterprise grade price tags so this worked out so well! Thanks!

Working with Pieter has been phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations. I had a feeling from their videos on youtube they were talented in organizing and structuring data but this all came true for me when he was able to isolate my niche use-case in a coherent manner and kept me focusing on target for the base project. Something I have been trying to figure out for years, Pieter distilled down to a flow that should prove ideal once rolled out. The plan is made.

When the dust settles, this could well prove to be the most powerful of CRMs I have ever seen. It is no wonder they are saying this is an alternative to Salesforce. And if you are like me, you want to steer clear of them seeing what they charge. Not sure how SF can sleep at night lol.

The UI UX is evolving quite a bit - you can see from their older videos. I look forward to equipping my team(s) when we roll out the systems to help us manage leads and stay focused on supporting clients and partners in the future all with this generous offer.

The future is determined for us. Macanta is our choice for the long-haul to handle the data and the relationships that need to be tracked.

This is a mature product that while has some curve to get started, the videos are well made and the support team you can tell cares about it's client base and the long-term plans. They have earned my trust. You will be hard pressed to find a CRM with this level of freedom. Don't miss this one!

My title for this review may have sucked but Macanta is awesome. I am still building out my CRM but it has the building blocks to build the tool you want vs a canned CRM that does it how that founder wanted it.

The tool is infinitely customizable with a ton of automation and workflow capabilities. It is very well thought out and they have great support. Yes, they have tutorials, YouTube vids, etc. But they also have a very responsive team, and Pieter is great.

If you are looking at different CRM solutions, or you want to punch your CRM in the face (I am looking at you salesforce) then check out Macanta, you won't be disappointed.

I just got one code to play with and man, the tool is slick and is well thought out by Pieter and i was just waiting for my initial testing to pan out before upgrading to the top tier, had a call set up with Pieter and boom, solved in seconds.

The founder is very approachable, has a good demeanor and also is quick to show you how to navigate around the tool all in the same call.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a crm, give macanta a try you would not be let down.
