Overall I love the flexibility of this platform. They seem to have built a system that can be used for so many different use cases.

I've spoken to the founder a couple of times and he's extremely helpful. That's a great sign!!!

I can see us using this platform for our own organization and recommending it to our clients as well. We'll be maxing out the tiers on this one.

The only challenge is that it's so customizable that it's not as simple or intuitive as other CRM's to set up. With flexibility, comes complexity. I'm a fairly tech-savvy person but even I'm having a challenge understanding how to set it up.

Although it no code, it's not for the average person to set up. The good thing is that their team is willing and standing by to help.
