Possible feature and Support timing

Question

So I was wondering if there is a way to export the transcript of a video into an .srt file for subtitles on youtube? that would be such a helpful feature especially if we could edit it before export (in case there are some mistakes) of course being able to translate it to different languages would be a powerful bonus.

also I was wondering how long does your support take to get back to an email usually? its been four days. I sent them an issues as you suggested in the last question I asked about here.

Hi Zed \u002D unfortunately it\u0027s not possible to get .srt files directly from Maekersuite yet. It\u0027s one of the things on our suggested features and has not gotten to be a priority yet.
