I activated and used Maekersuite with high expectations, but unfortunately the product now appears to be abandoned.

There have been no meaningful updates for months. Key features are not working reliably, and repeated attempts to contact support have gone unanswered. There is no communication, no visible development activity, and no clarity about the future of the product.

As a paying customer, this feels like money lost. The tool is currently not usable for its intended purpose, and there is no compensation or response from the team behind it.

Experiences like this inevitably affect customer trust when purchasing lifetime deals. For me personally, this has been a turning point, and I will be much more cautious with future purchases.

Very disappointing outcome.
