Q: Image to 3d not working, and always prompt to update the plan to use the feature

Hi,

I have purchased the tier 3 but I'm already getting a lot of issues..
1st each time I go to image to 3d it says that I need to get to pro plan to use the feature..
2nd after the prompt I can use the image to 3d, but it does not work.. I tried with 4 picture, then with 1, I tried using png and jpg, I tried on safari and chrome, yet when I press generate, it starts uploading the photos thens just load them again and does not go to step 2 as showed in the 3 steps tutorial. 1 hour spent in test yet 0 results. at least it did not consume any credits. Am I doing something wrong?

yes i have same issue on tier 3. try to clear cache and try again.
