queordalQ: Tier 3 User - Restricted access to "Pro" templates
I am a Tier 3 user through the AppSumo campaign, but I am currently experiencing an issue with the template library.
When I browse the platform, many templates are marked as "Pro," and the system does not allow me to access or use them. I am a bit confused about this. As a Tier 3 buyer, do we not have full access to all the templates available on the platform?
Could you please check my account status and clarify exactly what features and templates are included in my plan?

Please send a support request to our official support address at [email protected], and we'll be happy to investigate your account and verify that the correct tier permissions have been applied.
Be sure to include the email address associated with your Magic account and, if possible, screenshots of the templates you're unable to access.
