Q: Can MagicFit access or reuse customer content for its own paid creative services?

I received an email offering a separate paid creative service where MagicFit would create UGC videos, AI influencer videos, static ads, and social posts for selected AppSumo users.

Before using MagicFit for client work, I need clarity on data access, confidentiality, and IP protection.

Can you confirm whether MagicFit, PushOwl, or Brevo team members can access user prompts, uploaded product images, brand assets, generated creatives, campaign briefs, or project history?

Also, is any user content used to train, improve, benchmark, inspire, or develop MagicFit models, templates, workflows, or paid creative services?

Finally, can customer inputs, outputs, or uploaded assets ever be reused, adapted, shown publicly, added to examples, or used for another customer?

I’d also like a clear answer to this question. Since the MagicFit team told AppSumo members that MagicFit is GDPR compliant, I would expect full protection of member and customer privacy, security, and confidentiality. Please confirm whether any MagicFit, PushOwl, or Brevo team members can access user data, uploads, prompts, or project history.

I have raised my concerns to AppSumo, waiting for them to contact MagicFit. I recommend others to do the same.
