Hi, are you going to do anything about the quality of your generations?
Of the 18 I've done, 7 have had problems such as : missing limbs, bizarre lip synching. The product not appearing or unrecognizable. I've just had one showing the character speaking but with no sound, and no product.
These poor quality generations waste credits , and it doesn't seem fair that they are so routine with no avenue for getting them reviewed and refunded.
Please advise what you have planned to improve the quality of the outputs or to allow users to report and refund recurring generation problems with your product.
