I like the product BUT: I've emailed for THREE different issues. No reply.
1 - you asked for an insta video promo in return for 500 credits. I posted, followed the directions in your email, sent a follow up email. Nothing.
2- I wrote complaining about your 'upgrade and we'll give you more credits' pitch. This does not reward folks who jump in at a higher tier. Again. Crickets.
(For anyone considering this product - go for the lowest tier, then upgrade and get the free credits. I prolly wouldn't be saying this if I wasn't so irritated by this awful post-sale service)
3 - wrote about a billing issue. I've since resolved it direct with PayPal. Lucky it was with PayPal, cos again, both my initial and follow up emails, you guessed it, Crickets.
Please pay up the 500 credits.
TL:DR:The product is good, the service is rubbish.

Please send your AppSumo account email and Instagram promo proof to [email protected] or in-app chat, and we’ll verify and add the 500 credits.
On the upgrade credit concern, fair point. We’ll review how we communicate bonus credits so higher-tier buyers don’t feel penalized.
For billing, glad PayPal helped resolve it, but we should have replied sooner. We’re tightening support response workflows so issues like this don’t slip through.
