Q: Problems generating Ads and Videos

Hello, I’m trying to generate an ad, but I keep getting the message: Your account is not eligible to create generations. It won’t let me do any work, even though I still have more than 900 credits. Please help.

Why are you offering credits for people to upgrade but not for people who went all in and got max tier out the gate?
