Q: Upgrading Tier
Hi Team,
I recently upgraded my account to Tier 4 and submitted the required screenshot to claim my credit gifts. However, I haven’t received a response or the credits yet. Could you please direct me to the right person to resolve this?
Additionally, I want to share that I really enjoy using the app. It would be even better if the template library focused more on high-value styles like stop-motion rather than basic transitions like "exploding" or "sliding" effects. Expanding the stop-motion category or something like that would make the app truly one-of-a-kind.
