Q: Why No Support Chat or Email on Home Page Not Working

Having major issues with your credit system after purchasing $9 worth of credits to test nothing is working no video outputs but my credits are used up. . Your home page Chat is completely blank and I can't find any support email link anywhere. :( I was looking forward to purchasing this one ... but ... credit system doesn't work correctly and I can't access support.

A: Hey, really sorry about this, this isn’t the experience we want you to have.

You can reach us at [email protected] and we’ll sort this out right away.

On the credits getting used without output, this isn’t expected, we’ll check your account, refund any incorrectly used credits, and make sure everything is working properly.

Also noted on the chat not loading, that’s a bug we’re already fixing.

Once you email us, we’ll take this up on priority and get you unblocked ASAP 👍
