Q: Will it sustain ?
Since AppSumo no longer supports refunds for me (they mentioned I’ve had more refunds than usual LOL), I want to clarify this before buying.
How do you plan to sustain this product long term?
I recently bought a tool, Yapper. It was solid, but shut down within a month (LTD accounts). I was able to get a refund from them, but it cost time and effort.
Can you confirm what “lifetime” means for MagicFit? Are you committed to maintaining and supporting it long term?
I don’t mean to sound harsh. I just want to avoid investing time in a product that may not last. I could not test the products too as Appsumo said they will not provide me any more refunds LOL. It sounds like Appsumo is in trouble a lot, they did not sound confident anymore LOL.

On sustainability and longevity, Magicfit isn’t a standalone side project, it’s a product built under Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), which has been in the business for 12+ years serving a large global customer base. That gives us strong backing, infrastructure, and long-term commitment beyond just an LTD launch.
On what “lifetime” means, your purchase gives you ongoing access to the product and the features included in your tier. As the product evolves, we continue improving the core experience and adding value, while more compute-heavy or newer models may be managed via credits to keep things sustainable long term.
On avoiding shutdown risk, our approach is intentionally built around sustainability:
• credit-based usage for expensive models
• continuous iteration on core workflows and retention
• backing from an established company, not a short-term launch
On support and commitment, we’re actively building this as a long-term product, not a quick release. You can already see consistent updates, roadmap expansion, and active engagement with users, and that pace will continue.
Completely understand your concern given past experiences, but in our case, the foundation, business model, and backing are all designed for long-term continuity 👍
