One of the key reasons I'm leaving this review is due to the support has been so responsive to my needs. They have done a great job of not just making me feel heard but addressing the issues, taking any type of criticism they've received, and turning it into something they can use to improve their system. So far, I would say that as long as they stay on track in this way, they can easily become a major competitor in the market. They already have much of the core structure of some of the major players out there and are refining their tools now to the point where, once they get it just right, they will become a very well‑known name. Fingers crossed this works out for not just myself but them, especially since their success will be our success as we get to grow with them.
