The app works and it's a nice wrapper. The limits are IMHO fair and good enough.
The templates are limited but you can use for multiple use cases. I won't be using the video for many reasons, basically AI product based videos are legally "FAKE", so won't help brand to improve, it's just if you tell to the world that your're the best, by paying someone else: fake reviews, plus the avatars are not a lot.
Last : they pushed to upgrade for credits as incentive and never happened, i've enquired them and had radio silence and no reply.
This didn't boost trust, hence decided to refund.
