Their system is broken...
Normally, I’m super patient in reviewing products yet here’s my challenge:
I purchased tier three and had a huge project that I needed to work on over the weekend, so I was going to put MagicFit to the test. When I followed AppSumo's instructions to activate my purchase, MagicFit did not honor my purchase and defaulted me to their free membership account on their platform. To add insult to injury, their customer service team is non-responsive over the weekends, and there's no way to communicate with anyone regarding this matter to get it fixed promptly. I’m perplexed and have sent emails to rectify this issue but now I have to sit and wait. 🤔

Update 3 days later...
Finally gained access but tried to reach out to support team using their support chat box in the lower right-side of the screen inside the dashboard and it isn't working. Just a white screen populates.
I've updated my stars from 1 to 2, yet tools are just as good as the end-user. It would be nice to have walk through tutorials, or a way to contact customer service for help.

I couldn't find your ticket in our support system, could you share your email? In the mean time, can you please follow these steps:
1. Logout of Magicfit
2. Go to AppSumo
3. Go to products page https://appsumo.com/account/products/
4. Open Magicfit from the AppSumo dashboard, and
5. Re-login to Magicfit
We know this is inconvenient, but this is a one time setup to link your account to your AppSumo licence.
