Q: I bought it, and I m happy with it , there is bugs to fix and it s normal with any software.

some need to be attend to asap.
But I m worried about how serious this product is to the developer. it s not a project any more, it requires more than coding. sadly it s less fun to do customer service than to develop a software. but it s a must, so please give us some assurance, like Road map, what you are working on, what next step and you must have an active customer support. there will be no growth without it.
