Sounds like an awesome product!
Just wanted to check a few things:
1) is Tier 3 the same as your Enterprise plan on your website?
2) since there is whitelabel option, you'll know we'll use this for clients... Do clients use any of the '20 team seats' or are those purely internal for our management of the Bots? And therefore we can have 'unlimited' clients with the unlimited AI agents?
3) we can connect captured data to our own tools, via Zapier currently? Webhooks soon?
4) the continuation in email - is there a reason it's only Gmail? Can we not connect our own mailboxes via IMAP and SMTP? I don't want to be sending company emails from gamil.com and wouldn't want to move all of our email infrastructure to Google Workspace just to use this tool.

Hey! The tier 4 is the same as the enterprise plan, clients count as a team seat, on Tier 4 you can have unlimited agents, and yes webooks are coming out the door. IMAP and SMTP on the way

2) team seats/client seats use the same slots.
3) webhooks are live! Check out the Automations tab under Customize
4) gmail just as our proof of concept, we have others in the works and on the roadmap

I bought Tier 4 today already.
Looking forward to IMAP/SMTP mail then - that feature sounds amazing on paper so get the Google proof-of-concept done and then apply bigger! Personally won't be able to use the emailing feature with only Google mail :)
