Your bot on your site was the most impressive yet! But in a world of ai hallucinations let me just get a human confirmation to a few questions I asked it.
1. Can I inline embed that chat on a page to load a chat window without a user needing to click a chat button
2. Can I limit the number of questions a visitor can ask and end the chat with a call to action button or page redirect?! (perfect for closing pre-sales sending them to a payment page or giving them a trial taste of what an unlimited chat experaicne would be like)
3. Is it true that it's smart enought to take a response like "Heya, my name is Derek" and only pass along Name=Derek in the CRM or webhook? Are there times it failes and passes along more info then just the name?

Yes, you can use the "inline" option in the embed code (rather than "bubble") for the WidgetType parameter to have it be embedded inline with no bubble.
So we don't have a fixed limitation on the number of questions, but you could set something up like that in the custom instructions like (answer up to 5 questions maximum and then move on to the Call to action and direct the user to xyz.com link)
Yes, our entity extraction is very sophisticated. At the end of the conversation, we actually have another AI look through the transcript and extract out not just name, phone and email, but the custom answers to the custom questions you set to be mapped to the appropriate fields in your CRM. right now just through zapier, with webhooks on the way ASAP
