Q: So I just purchased a tier 4 deal, however I got questions.
How do I get support?
- when I click on support in the UI I get taken to book an appointment in a calendar. A nice gesture, but I prefer to simply write my questions and get a reply. That would be much faster.
Where do I enter my OpenAI key?
- In tier 4 I should be able to enter my own key, but I cannot see that in the UI anywhere
Creation of new agent
- I creating a new agent but nothing happened. At least until I found out that it just cloned the default agent in my account. When I found out I had already created 4-5 agents with the same name. I could of course delete them again, but what if I deleted my "first agent" that I had made changes to? Their names were identical (I did in fact delete the "original agent", but I hadn't made a lot of changes... But the UI is confusing when creating a new agent.
Inviting new "clients"
- So bought the tier 4 to maybe at some point resell the app. So I tried inviting a "client" (just myself with another email address), but I receive nothing. I tried inviting 3 different emails and I haven't received anything yet. So... am I doing something wrong? Is this functionality working?
So... right now I feel like I'm seeing a GREAT ai chat (I spent 30 minutes with the ai on you page yesterday... great experience)... but a UI that is confusing at best (and maybe not working or finished in some parts).
I would have preferred to simply write you a support ticket about this... But as I also wrote I can't find anywhere to do it (and I don't want to waste time by booking a call with you guys).
